First, you’ll want to survey your organization to estimate the level of participation you might have. You can download and print a preliminary sign-up sheet, or call BloodSource and ask for an Account Manager. He or she will send you a blood drive packet of information, including the preliminary sign-up sheet.

Once you have gathered at least 25-40 names, it’s time to contact your Account Manager. We’ll work with you to schedule the date, time and determine whether a bloodmobile or inside setup will be best. You will be provided with a handbook to help you organize and promote your drive. Everything from posters to balloons will be provided by BloodSource.
