To have a successful blood drive, your BloodSource account manager offers support, encouragement and access to the information you need. In return, BloodSource asks you and your organization to take the necessary steps to ensure rewarding results for everyone.

What you can expect from BloodSource:

  • regular phone contact about the status of your recruiting efforts
  • promotional material
  • on-time arrival with the appropriate staff and equipment to handle the number of donors you expect at your drive
  • prompt responses to your questions

What BloodSource asks of you:

  • a target goal (number of donors) and a plan to meet that goal
  • a suitable and accessible donation site
  • tables and chairs on the day of the drive
  • to schedule donors and remind them of their commitment
  • time to meet with you to evaluate the drive and discuss scheduling future drives
  • to relax, feel good and enjoy the process of saving lives
